I am exhibiting some work in “Discoveries” at the WaterWorks, Lammas Road, London E10 7NU, is an exhibition of works inspired by the hidden beauty of local nature. The setting, in a nature reserve made from the old victorian filter beds, is worth a visit in itself, you can even have a round of golf or your lunch whilst you are there.

How can you afford to miss it. 2nd August till the 3rd of September, 9am till 6pm, 8am – 7pm at weekends. Or come and meet the artists at the private view on the 4th of August 7pm – 9pm.

It has been a very long time since I have up dated this blog. Too much work to much happening. At the moment I am residing in Ramsgate, with all my belongings in store in Edmonton waiting for me to successfully buy a new dwelling. Never mind, I have been progressing one or two pieces here is one “happy feet”.

“happy feet” started from a request to enter an exhibition to promote our local cinema campaign, ( the McGuffin’s), organised by a local framing service and gallery the E17 Art House, the request was for a print based on a favourite film. The direct inspiration came from Finish photographers Esa Mälkönen entry in the 2010 Veolia Environnement Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition, “Back in, front out”.

They sure looked like “happy feet” to me. I montaged the picture into a larger group, cut it in vinyl and produced the print.
